Hi 👋, my name is Marco Talento, and I'm an engineering manager that enjoys solving problems, developing people and delivering value. As a manager, I believe that a high-performing team must be outcome focus, psychologically safe, self-organised and delivers effective solutions at a sustainable pace.

Besides work, I'm an avid traveller and am currently on a journey to improve my surfing and diving skills. I also enjoy cooking 0′s and 1′s and creating excellent and unique recipes, always using some special spices.
